About Me

Social Sciences Director | Neuroscience Researcher | Clinical Assistant

I'm a B.A. Psychology Student at The University of Ottawa, with a strong interest in neuroscience. I chose psychology as a degree, because I strongly believe the aforementioned goes hand in hand with neuroscience when it comes to understanding humans, and more specifically, the brain and behavioral patterns.

My interest in human anatomy, the brain, and neurosurgery started before I even graduated high school. I've had the opportunity to travel the world in my childhood & teenage years, this gave me a glimpse into different cultures and how human behavior varied, and sometimes even remained the same across the globe.

Throughout my undergraduate studies at the University of Ottawa, I have been involved in cognitive neuroscience research examining bilingualism; investigating how language experience influences brain function and cognition. Alongside my research, I have engaged in both clinical and community volunteering, gaining experience in patient-centred care. I'm interested in growing my knowledge and skills, with the goal of one day being able to contribute to advancements as others have before me.
